How To Treat Bacne

We hate pimples to the highest degree, wherever they are. In the middle of the face, on the neckline… and on the back! Do you have nasty acne on your back and don’t know what to do to get rid of them? Here is how to treat bacne, whether it be of hormonal, inflammatory, or bacterial origin.

How To Treat Bacne

If you want to see the nasty pimples on your back disappear, some precautions are necessary. So, before trying to treat them, it would be advisable to no longer:

Expose your back to the sun

Put on a t-shirt or tank top whenever you go out, even on the beach, or apply a high SPF sunscreen

Using soaps containing alcohol

Prefer gentle products such as hypoallergenic lotions, with neutral pH, Aleppo soap, or even dermatological soaps dedicated to the treatment of acne.

Popping your pimples

By your back acne (or having them popped, because you would have to be really flexible!), their condition will worsen: you risk re-infecting them, creating lasting marks, and perhaps even helping them to proliferate. Not great!

Wear synthetic clothing

Instead, choose to wear 100% cotton clothing, which all dermatologists recommend for any skin problem. Because synthetics tend to inflame the skin, just like clothes that are too tight!

-The Use detergent containing allergens

Preferably opt for an eco-friendly detergent, or ideally make your own detergent yourself using a bar os organic soap, and replace the softener with white vinegar!

Eating greasy, overly sweet and processed foods

Prepare good homemade dishes based on fish, white meat, whole grains and fruits and vegetables of course!

Drinking alcohol, soda and coffee

On the other hand, you can drink liters and liters of water (or herbal tea, or lemonade, etc.). It will only be good for your skin!

Normally, if you follow all these tips, your pimples should fade or at least reduce. Otherwise, you can adopt these gentle and natural methods to effectively eliminate your bacne:

  • Clean your back with cucumber lotion (which you have boiled and filtered)
  • Massage (or have massaged) your back with aloe vera gel, which helps heal
  • Apply a thick layer of green clay to the back to dry out the pimples
  • Apply a mixture of baking soda and water to the spots to clean them.

If, despite everything, your bacne persist, consult a dermatologist who will prescribe a suitable treatment.
