Products That Made my Hair Grow Back Quicker
In this post, I want to share with you the products that helped me grow my hair back quicker.
I want to specify that this is my personal experience and I am not a professional. This is just what worked for me best!
Last summer I had Covid and noticed afterward that my hair was falling in a terrifying way, so I did what any millennial would do and googled it ( I know lol). It turned out this is a common side effect after contracting the virus (lucky me).
So I had to start taking really good care of my hair to restore it back to its previous glory!.
I did my research (googled the products that would help me grow my hair back quicker), made a list, and bought some of the products that were recommended for this condition.
I have been trying them for the past few weeks and have since seen quite the results. So here are the products I like best :
1-The Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil (click here)
This is by far the best hair oil I have ever bought! I use it twice a week. This hair oil has a nutrient-rich, intensive formula meant to help address hair concerns. From nourishing hair follicles, smoothing split ends to helping dry scalp. This organic hair oil uses natural ingredients and essential oils to provide the care hair deserves.
Use it on protective styles, including braids and weaves, and enjoy its fresh, invigorating scent during your next hot oil treatment.
2- The Rosemary essential oil (click here)
If you want to grow your hair rosemary is your best friend. I added a few drops to my shampoo that I use twice a week.
It is believed that rosemary oil has strong anti-inflammatory properties which promote healing in the skin and scalp. Rosemary improves hair growth in specific cases of loss, including alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia, and psoriatic alopecia.
I also have a spray bottle with some mineral water and a few drops from the essential oil and I use it whenever I brush my hair.
3- The As I Am Restore & Repair Jamaican Black Castore Oil Water (click here)
You can also replace your regular water with this one as your hydrating spray.
JBCO Water Spray from As I Am Restore & Repair is rich with ceramide and vitamins C & E to condition the hair and extend its moisture throughout the day.
By using JBCO Water Spray from As I Am Restore & Repair instead of pure water, you give your hair extra protection against external aggressors to reduce breakage and keep hair strong and shiny.
4-The Alaffia African black soap (click here)
I use this one as a shampoo. Alaffiaβs simply unscented Authentic African Black Soap is made from a centuries-old recipe of handcrafted shea butter and West African palm oilβ . Black soap is known by its Yoruba name, OssΓ© Dudu, Dudu means βblack,β which comes from extensive cooking of the soap to the point of charcoal. Many cultures in West Africa use charcoal to detoxify and purify the skin.
5- The Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen and Restore (click here)
The whole range from the Shea Moisture is a favorite of mine. I am currently using the Alaffia, but these deserve an honorable mention since I usually go back to purchasing them for some time now.
As a clarifying shampoo, it removes buildup from hair products. It creates a nice, rich lather that cleanses both hair and scalp without stripping much-needed moisture. In fact, this shampoo infuses hair with nourishing moisture from oils, organic Shea Butter, and botanicals.
SheaMoisture Strengthen and Restore is a great solution for those who regularly color, straighten, perm, or heat style their hair. It’s especially good for naturally wavy, curly, and kinky hairstyles. The constant requirement for moisture, even during the cleansing step makes this a must.
The hair oil also helps keep hair follicles strong, so hair can grow and shedding is reduced.
6- The Camille Rose Algae Renew Deep Conditioning mask (click here)
This one will leave your hair soft and smooth and has great ingredients. I use it once a week. The conditioning mask is a decadent Vitamin Pack treatment infused with Botanical blue-green algae and emollient mango butter, crafted to prevent strands from breaking, shedding, and thinning.
I want to specify that you don’t have to use all the products mentioned above. You should use them according to what your hair needs.
Let me know about your experience if you have tried any of the products in this post. Also share with us which worked best for you, and which didn’t, as well as your holy grails for hair growth.
Looking forward to reading your comments, sending you love and positive energy!!!
