It is a deep treatment to be carried out before a shampoo which consists of applying an oil, or a mixture of vegetable oils, to your scalp and curls. This treatment is applied to dry or slightly damp hair, and should be left on for at least 1 hour, and overnight if possible. It is important to wrap your hair in a soft and natural towel (microfiber is ideal!). After that, wash your shampoo normally, and for the bravest, finish by rinsing your hair with cold water! This will make it shinier.

But beware ! Sometimes, the term โ€œoil bathโ€ is taken literallyโ€ฆ Above all, do not immerse your head in a basin of oil, or apply too much at the risk of seeing the opposite effect than expected! If too much oil is applied, the hair will end up smothered and it will eventually become oily and dull. This is certainly not the desired effect following hair care. The dose to apply varies according to the length of the hair, but an average of 2 tablespoons is generally very suitable. Heat the oil between your hands, and put it on the lengths.
