My go-to rule of thumb for eating on vacation:

The Hydra-Boost: Plump, water-rich fruits (think fresh figs, watermelon, and local citrus) to combat travel dehydration and keep that skin barrier plump.

The Coastal Glow: Freshly caught seafood, wild-caught sardines, and local olive oil packed with anti-inflammatory omega-3s. It’s a natural internal moisturiser.

The Gut-Reset: Fresh, local greens and seasonal, polyphenol-rich berries to support digestion on the move.
