Aspic lavender and lemongrass

Against bites

Whether it’s a wasp, jellyfish or mosquito sting, opt for aspic lavender. Its analgesic and analgesic properties calm inflammation, pain and relieve itching. A single drop applied to a gauze pad or placed directly on the bite can be enough to feel its soothing effects in a few minutes. On skin affected by sunburn, apply 1 to 2 drops of pure aspic lavender essential oil and repeat the operation every 20 minutes for 1 to 2 hours. You can also put a few drops of essential oil in your aloe vera gel.

Peppermint

It will never leave you again! It soothes a thousand daily ailments such as headaches and migraines. It also relieves nausea. Ideal for oral hygiene, it soothes intestinal pain and helps fight travel sickness. Of course, we must not forget its refreshing action on heavy legs during long trips.

Daily, 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil on 1/4 piece of sucking cane sugar (or a drop directly under the tongue) before an appointment will give your breath all the freshness of mint. It will also have a positive effect on your digestion.
