It is imperative to carry out regular activity in order to stay in shape on all occasions and not just for the preparation of your wedding. If you are more of a solo traveler you can do many activities whether at home or outdoors. If you need to be in a class to find a little more motivation you can easily find an activity that suits you in all the Basic-Fit gyms. Here is a selection of essential exercises (that you can do from home as well) to maintain your entire body and be in great shape from head to toe!

Two exercises to tone your arms

To strengthen and tone your arms, you can perform these two exercises:

Lifting dumbbells: take small weights at the start, arms alongside the body, elbows slightly bent, abs contracted, and lift the weights (always keeping the elbows firmly against the body).
Straighten your arms: stand with your legs slightly bent, with a dumbbell in your right hand and your left hand on your hips. Stretch your right arm with the dumbbell up to the back of your neck and return to the initial position. Do 15 reps and switch to the left arm.

Two exercises to tone thighs and hips

To strengthen your lower body, refine your hips and shape your glutes, here are two exercises:

Squats: there are many variations of this famous exercise! Find the one you like best to enjoy toned legs and well-shaped buttocks!
The chair exercise: sit as if on a chair, against a wall, with your arms stretched out in front of you. Stay like this for 1 minute, release and repeat 3 to 5 times in a row, depending on your form.

Two exercises for a toned stomach

To have a nice waist and strengthened abs, here are 2 examples of exercises:

The mountain climber: a very good exercise for sculpting the abdominals and getting back in shape!
Jumping jack: it is a complete exercise ideal for toning the entire figure. The legs, arms and abdomen are used.
