Homemade Body Hydration

Fashion is more than ever natural and homemade, so why not make your own beauty products? Exfoliation, moisturizing cream or purifying bath… In this post, discover my favorite homemade body hydration recipes.

Customizing your moisturizer is very simple. To do this, simply pour a few drops of vegetable oil or essential oil into your usual care product.

Do you have very dry skin? After the bath, dry yourself and nourish your skin with oil, preferably sweet almond, hazelnut, argan or hazelnut. Be careful, do not be too heavy-handed on the quantities at the risk of becoming sticky.
To nourish your skin, you can also coat yourself with shea oil before taking your shower.

Another homemade body treatment: prepare a treatment based on honey and sweet almond oil. Spread it all over your body, let it dry for 10 minutes then rinse well.
Heavy cream is also perfect for moisturizing the epidermis. Do not hesitate to apply it on your body, plain or mixed with the oil of your choice for a soft and satiny skin.

Finally, to get a nice tan on matte skin, try this homemade body treatment: in a bowl, pour heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder. Apply this mixture to your legs, arms and chest. Leave to dry for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
